What you will need:
1 loaf crusty French bread
8 oz brie cheese
6 ripe tomatoes
How to make it:
Slice the bread into one inch thick rounds, chop the tomatoes, and thinly slice the brie. Toast one side of the bread slices under the broiler, and then turn them over. Brush some of the juice from the tomatoes over the bread, and then layer the brie on top. Broil for a couple of minutes or until the brie melts. Top with the cold chopped tomatoes and serve.
